Great news! Your property is in a Thames Water area.

You can ask us to do the work by applying below. Alternatively you can employ an independent specialist contractor (known as a self-lay provider) to carry out the new water connections.

Information you'll need to complete this form

In addition to contact information you'll need the following:

• The location and details of where you want your connection
• A drawing showing the location of the proposed new connection pipework at your property boundary
• A site location plan
• A completed water fittings table

These documents will need to be attached to your application form before it can be submitted.

Fees

There is a fixed non-refundable upfront Application Fee of £50.00 (+ VAT) to pay before submitting your application.  

A variable non-refundable Design Fee will be calculated based on your requirements. Please enter all information as accurately as possible to ensure an accurate Design Fee is calculated.

These fees’ cover our initial costs, including administering and preparing your quote, and finalising the technical solution required.
